Purpose
HUM connects official funding opportunities, donor priorities and project design. It helps teams assess where a response fits, understand the conditions of a call and develop a coherent proposal grounded in the needs and choices of people affected by crisis.
Available now
The public service includes selected verified funding opportunities, automated reading of DG ECHO Humanitarian Implementation Plans and technical annexes, source-backed donor briefs, project design references and links to S1 sanctions screening and country risk evidence. Coverage and source status distinguish automated feeds from reviewed guidance.
In development
Two planned paid products will provide in-depth analysis of a complete call package and detailed evaluation of a proposal against the actual call. The intended approach combines automation, explicit requirement mapping and source-linked findings. Pricing and document-handling terms will be published when the services are ready.
Publisher
HUM is published by Salient One, an independent advisory firm working on assessment, risk, security and social impacts. HUM does not administer grants or accept applications on behalf of donors.
