Who receives the enquiry
Salient One (SalientOne OÜ) receives the details to review your enquiry and respond about the requested analysis. Contact engage@salientone.eu about your enquiry or its deletion. Publisher details and the wider privacy policy are available on Salient One’s website.
Information saved
The form saves the analysis type, your name, email, optional organisation, optional public call link and deadline, your question, the referring HUM page, time, consent-notice version and an enquiry reference. It does not accept file uploads. Please avoid sensitive or confidential project information.
Purpose, storage and retention
The details are used to consider and respond to your request, not to enrol you in marketing. The website stores enquiries privately in Cloudflare infrastructure. Form records expire automatically after 90 days. Any separate correspondence or later engagement is handled under Salient One’s wider privacy arrangements.
Submission and abuse protection
Submitting the form sends its contents to Salient One’s website. No form content is saved in browser storage. Normal hosting request information is handled by the infrastructure. A short-lived counter based on a transformed connection identifier helps limit repeated submissions; it is kept separately from enquiry records and expires after one hour.
Review and correction
You can ask Salient One to correct or delete an enquiry by emailing the publisher and including the enquiry reference. A submitted enquiry is not an order, agreement or confirmation of service availability.
