Planned paid product. This page describes the intended scope, not a currently available automated service. No documents are collected here.
What the analysis is intended to cover
- Requirement-to-evidence mapping
- Link each relevant call requirement and assessment criterion to the proposal passage or annex addressing it.
- Programme logic
- Examine needs evidence, theory of change, results chain, targeting, participation, delivery assumptions and feasibility.
- Results and monitoring
- Evaluate the relationship between objectives, outputs, indicators, baselines, targets and the MEAL approach.
- Budget coherence
- Test alignment between activities, workplan, staffing, partner roles and the call’s eligible-cost conditions.
- Compliance findings
- Distinguish eligibility failures, missing evidence, inconsistent claims, required documents and submission risks.
- Prioritised revisions
- Explain what needs to change, why it matters and which source requirement supports the finding. Published donor weights would be used only where available.
Source material
The complete call package, project proposal, results framework, budget, workplan and relevant annexes.
How the findings should be presented
A reviewable report should distinguish source facts, analytical judgments, missing information and questions requiring donor clarification. Findings should identify the relevant source version and passage, their implications and the action needed. Any comparison to evaluation criteria should use the donor’s actual framework.
Development status
Pricing, delivery arrangements and document-handling terms will be published when the service is ready. The website does not currently accept paid orders or proposal uploads.
Analysis / Enquiries
Discuss a proposal evaluation.
Describe the call and the decision you need to make. Salient One can review the requested scope. The paid products remain in development; an enquiry is not an order.
