API

The supported API covers country scorecards, sanctions screening and public project E&S scoping. Company-intelligence, ownership, adverse-media and entity-graph endpoints are not part of the supported tools while they are being verified.

Usage limits

1 active key, 10 requests/minute, 100/day and 3,000/30 days per account. Document preparations: 30/30 days. All features are free. Manage keys or view access and limits.

Authentication

Bulk scorecards require a signed-in session or an API key in the x-api-key or Authorization: Bearer header. Country directories, single scorecards, anonymous screening, project scoping and the public MCP subset are available without a key.

Public MCP subset

Connect to https://salientone.eu/s1/mcp using Streamable HTTP. The four tools expose only OFAC SDN, EU and UK sanctions lists, World Bank WGI and GDELT news tone. No authentication is required. All public subset tools and REST routes share one global allowance of 10 calls/minute, 100/day and 3,000/30 days. Dates, licences and attribution accompany every result; unavailable data is explicit. The composite scorecard, CPI, EPI, FSI, RSF, UN and INFORM are excluded. Input and output schemas.

Project E&S scoping for applications and AI assistants

Read the OpenAPI 3.1 description for the complete public request schema and an executable example, and the versioned framework reference for question mappings, sources and interpretation. Submit every question as yes, no or unknown. Results do not assign an IFC category or establish project compliance. Requests are not saved as assessments; project text is excluded from analytics. Requests can return 400 for invalid input, 401 for missing or invalid authentication, 429 when a safeguard is reached, and 503 when a dependency is unavailable.
