Coverage and update policy

The list is selective and is not an exhaustive register of humanitarian funding. Automated discovery checks selected EU, US and UK official feeds. Existing UN and Italy AICS calls are checked against their official pages and documents. New or changed calls appear in the current list only when source evidence supports the deadline, geography and applicant conditions. Inconclusive changes are held for review.

Procurement portals are kept distinct from grants and implementing partnerships. Updates preserve the last reviewed details when a source fails; such records are labelled for review. Records become overdue after 48 hours without a successful check. Date-only deadlines use the published timezone when known and UTC only for the list’s calendar status when none is stated.
