Using the analysis tools
The analysis workspace is a free beta service for verified Salient One accounts. By adding a document after the terms notice, you accept these beta terms and acknowledge the Privacy notice. These terms supplement the Salient One general terms. No subscription, payment or automatic paid conversion is created.
Your documents
You retain your rights in the material you provide. You authorise Salient One and the processors described in the Privacy notice to store, parse and analyse it to provide your private workspace. Upload only material you are authorised to process. Do not upload beneficiary or case-level personal data, secrets or credentials. Other users and general owner reporting cannot read your originals, reports or private feedback.
Service improvement during beta
Beta participation includes deriving general analytical patterns from checked results to improve the analysis tools. Only the supported fixed patterns, public-source provenance and synthetic test cases may enter the shared improvement process. Original proposals, client wording, identities, project details and confidential amounts are not shared or published, and are not used to train an external model. A separate human check and representative, held-out and negative evaluations are required before a lesson can affect future analyses. An AI result or user feedback does not approve itself as shared knowledge.
Deletion of the source analysis withdraws its associated learning candidates and releases. To request withdrawal without deleting an analysis, contact engage@salientone.eu. Research contact, call alerts and optional usage analytics remain separate choices.
Saving and availability
New analyses are saved privately for 90 days. You can export or delete your work. Earlier unsaved work and analyses whose save is removed expire after 24 hours. Processing is subject to the displayed document, usage and service limits. Analysis may be paused or interrupted; The workspace records the job state and does not present an unchecked result as complete. No particular funding outcome, uninterrupted availability or permanent archive is promised.
Review before relying on a result
Extraction and automated analysis can omit or misread information. Inspect the sources, reading limitations and unresolved issues. Official donor documents determine eligibility and application requirements. Salient One does not submit applications or make funding decisions.
